Biography:

Steven R. Roeser is an associate with the law firm of CohenDurrett. Mr. Roeser focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions. In addition to forming hundreds of business entities, he assists clients with drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, conducting corporate due diligence, and assisting with intellectual property issues. Mr. Roeser also assists his clients with estate planning. Finally, as a result of his interest in music, he has a growing entertainment law practice that includes working with musicians, record labels, artist management companies, and music and video studios.

Mr. Roeser was admitted to the Bar in 2003 after attending law school at Santa Clara University. He also attended University of California at Santa Barbara, where he obtained an undergraduate degree in law and society. Mr. Roeser has interned with the Government Office of the Corporation Counsel in Washington D.C. and the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Mr. Roeser was previously employed as an associate at the law firm of Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc., in Silicon Valley.
